Cold Wave Rod Set - 180 Assorted

A 180-piece assorted cold wave rod set for perming. Rod diameter determines curl size, so a working set needs the full range — small rods for tight curl at the nape, larger rods for loose wave through the top.

Each rod comes with its band. Used with end wraps to keep the ends smooth and prevent fishhooks during processing.
