Returning Merchandise

Need to return something? Not a problem. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#). As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. If you received the wrong item or if there is a factory defect, your full merchandise total will be refunded; all other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee before refund. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.

  • - Items must be in new condition.
  • - Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • - Print Return Authorization Number (RA#) on outside of the package.
  • - Pack the merchandise, including the original invoice or packing slip, in the original box. We suggest that you make a copy of the invoice or packing slip for your records.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your return packages during transit. We suggest that you purchase a tracking number for your return package, and return shipping insurance may be necessary for a high value return package.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be issued a refund and shipping back to you will be at your expense.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the source of your payment. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Charlene Products, Inc., turns out to be defective, or was damaged at arrival, please contact us so we may resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Return of A Custom Product:

Any items with custom embroidery or imprinting cannot be returned. Size exchange of garments with name embroideries may be accepted at a charge of $8.00 per each name for embroidery removal fee under unused condition. Please contact us before you place an order or request a return if you have any questions.

Late Returns:
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you at your expense. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
